Normalizing Menstrual Conversations
The “Menstrual Health Month” initiative focuses on promoting menstrual hygiene management (MHM), raising awareness about menstrual health in underserved communities, and normalizing conversations about menstruation. By addressing the stigma, increasing access to hygiene products, and providing education on menstrual health, this project aims to empower individuals and improve the overall well-being of women and girls.

Our Target
To supply menstrual hygiene materials to women and girls in low-income and marginalized communities, while opening up “the menstrual conversation”.
Our Objectives
Education
To increase knowledge about menstrual health, hygiene practices, and the biology of menstruation to combat the stigma and misinformation.
Resources
To offer workshops on creating reusable menstrual products and sustainable hygiene solutions, and empowering women with skills to manage their menstrual health.
Support
To foster open discussions around menstruation, encouraging community leaders and health professionals to support menstrual health initiatives.
With your support, we can create a more informed and equitable society, ensuring that every individual has the resources and knowledge they need to manage their menstrual health with dignity.
